Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with a flat cost of $7.95 per shipment.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We have a 30 day Return Policy. If at any time up to 30 days, for any reason you feel your purchase fails to live up to our promises, just contact us for the necessary return information and we will cheerfully give you a 100% refund of the purchase price.
If you need to return jewelry to us, please contact BarbSilverDream@yahoo.com or call Barbara or John at 973-770-0403 for Return Authorization information.
You will then be notified where send the item. We will need you to include a copy of your receipt and Return Authorization Number within 30 days of your sales date (with adequate postal insurance.)
Please note: We must RECEIVE your return within 30 days of your original sales date.
